How could we forget Dorian Gray?! Well there’s a little sun peeking through this morning so I’m going to name this morning’s grey ‘sunlit grey’ Have a great grey day ☺️
I really did enjoy this one Mel. "The color of truth is grey". The idea of grey as a negotiator. It was fun to read about grey. Of course, it had me immediately considering my hair, which never did turn gray. Straight to white.
White just means more wisdom, Mike! And I’m so happy you enjoyed this!
I think a lot about the stuff I write and you often help me to do that. I stumbled across this quote recently and it gave me pause as to what I may have seemed to be saying here: "The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." — Dante Alighieri
I’m certainly not intending to espouse moral ambiguity (not that anyone is accusing me of such), just that trying to be non-dual in our approach to life can be an excellent exercise in understanding.
This made me smile so much Mel, especially since the days have been grey, grey, grey here.
I like grey…my walls are painted in Cornforth grey, I like jeans & grey t shirts.
Grey weather makes me tired, but now you’ve managed to help me look at it a different way perhaps I’ll have a little more energy tomorrow.
Love the fact about early grey tea, I didn’t know that.
I’m also very greytful for the jokes, thanks lovely Mel for lighting up the grey & helping me welcome it to my day 😊
Thanks lovely Rae for your always greyt comments. I’m always so greytful for your presence here.
Love the visual of you in jeans and a grey t-shirt. 🩶
I had to google Cornforth Grey and it’s so peaceful. Also discovered Dorian Gray.🤣
Glad you liked the jokes. My partner says they are American humor but I don’t get that. 🤷🏻♀️
And I only learned about Earl Grey tea in researching this. A big part of the fun of writing… remember?😘
Try naming the grey… is it an armadillo grey day or a koala bear grey day? Worth a try! Hang in there, my friend.
Sending love and light. ☀️ 🩶

Perfect! Sunlit Rae Grey!

So glad you’re here, Miguel.
This is a perfect post, capped off with music. Love your deep dive into the grey/gray area, Mel.
Sending this from foggy SF, Britain's sister in muted tones. xxxxx G
Thank you, dearest Georgi. Your comments mean so much to me. And I absolutely love thinking of SF as Britain’s sister in all things gray. 🩶🩶🩶
